Just about everything on our menu is made from scratch, in house, by our own chefs. With enough notice, we can make just about anything you wish. Our number one category is steaks and number one item is baby back ribs though we do go through a boat load of Cowboy Bites (bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos) and smoked chicken wings.Our new menu includes our pizza menu and our complete wine, beer, & cocktail list. It also includes such new items as Ahi Tuna, Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Garlicky Smoked Chicken, and our new Smoked Chicken Chimi.Chef Sean makes the plates beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious.
